TSI that is mailed overseas goes on a much faster route than the U.S, bulk permit mailing. Glad to hear that Margaret got hers in Connecticut. As usual, I haven't gotten my permit copy yet (mailed one mile from my home). All U.S. permit mail from here is actually sent from White River Junction, Vermont - our regional post office, and then it is up to post offices all over the country to deliver the permit mail as they choose. That is my understanding after five years of analyzing TSI delivery.
 
We are drowning in New England with more rain to come. No iris bloom at all in my garden...not even a MDB bud yet. The Sibs and JIs are loving this rain with lots of lush green growth. TBs are sulking - the ones that are still alive. The 10 or so Arilbreds that I have are doing great in their raised 12" bed. I liken our May weather to March weather in most of the country.
