Hi Anna Mae,

I missed seeing everyone at both the National and regional meetings. The National was just at the wrong time. I had to be here to identify irises when they bloomed in the public garden because they are being dug up. Some will be replanted in a new Memorial Iris Garden and some are to be sold to the public.

A lot of tags had become illegible or had heaved out during the past two winters and needed to be replaced.

I could have gone to the Regional except that I can't drive that far and I didn't have any other transportation.

Yesterday was the North East Ohio Iris Society show of which I was Chairman. That really wore me out.
