Hello everyone!
Transplanting - I soak 24 hours and transplant into acidic garden soil.
Watering every other day unless it rains. Usually have no problems. I
inadvertently left Indy soaking outdoors (fall) for a week and one half in
a ice cream pail. When I found it again to transplant it, the water stunk.
I planted it anyway and this Spring Indy is growing fine.
I also need to report short bloom stalks. (remember my Siberians were
slammed with baseball size hail last year) Heliotope Bouquet is blooming
within the plant and I. siberica is blooming just above the foliage. Many
bloom stalks on seedlings which has me very excited! Blooming at least a
week early. We should be right in the middle of Siberian bloom for our
Mid-Season show.
