SWALLOWTAIL

I've been selling a Siberian named SWALLOWTAIL for some time (originally got
it in 1994 from Borbeleta Gardens) as a plant introduced by Wadekamper in
1991. The Siberian checklist has this plant listed but the AIS checklist
doesn't! Keith Keppel tells me that it never has been registered, but that
someone who wished could "legitimize" it by registering it after the fact.
(he's not sure how it got in one list and not the other). I don't mind doing
that, but I'm wondering if I should, or if the Siberian Iris Society should
or for that matter someone else should do it. Any thoughts?
