Offering a cultivar for sale in the AIS Bulletin or ASI sale catalog also
qualifies for an introduction.

ASI (Aril Society) has done a number of registrations and introductions for
historic arilbreds.

Essence of skunk is a butyl mercaptan dimer. I don't think it will have a
significant effect on the Siberian foliage.
