Does anyone have experience with Repellex ML-2 Tablets? It is marketed as a
SYSTEMIC control system for deer, voles, etc. It comes in tablets which are
placed "near the root system...after placement, moisture allows uptake of
the active ingredient and translocates throughout the plant via normal
physiological plant process. Once translocated (28-45 days) the active
ingredients cause the edible portions of the plant tissues to take on an
offensive bitter taste to such animals as deer, rabbits, elk, moose, and
voles." It says it has 1-2 years residency in soils!
They also marked a 90-120 day spray. I expect it's similar to Ropel, with
which I am familiar. But it's the systemic aspect of the tablets which
interests me.
