Christi - what a fine start you have to your Siberian collection..good
choices. Some of the ones you listed happen to be faves of mine:
>CHEERY LYN - my favorite 'pink'
>JAMAICAN VELVET - for sure a "must have" - a garden stand-out
>HARPSWELL HAPPINESS - this was my first white (actually cream) and is a
>strong grower and a Tet. but increases slowly for me
>HIGH STANDARDS - great color, tall and stately and also a Tet. (I am not a
>fan of Tets - preferring diploids)
>ILLINI ENCORE - this increases so fast (for me) that I started out with one
>plant and two years later had about six clumps - this one always had some
>repeat bloom here in Zone 3 - lovely color and is a good breeder and
>figures prominently as a grandparent of several recent MWM winners
>INDY - early, gorgeous and vigorous and a large-flowered diploid
>KING OF KINGS - never grew it but it is a knockout white
>LADY VANESSA - early bloomer and has great vigor as befits a MWM winner
>LIBERTY HILLS - Anna Mae's beautiful blue
>MANDY MORSE - only Siberian I ever killed :)
>MESA PEARL - has to be one of my three all-time favorites - very late
>bloomer
>PEG EDWARDS - you have to love this Sibe - stands out and beckons
>PINK HAZE - nice but I am not overwhelmed by it
>SHAKERS PRAYER - I am overwhelmed by this beauty which is an easy bloomer
>and grower here and very prolific
>TEMPER TANTRUM - I would have a temper tantrum if I didn't have this late
>bloomer showing off its reddish color in my garden
>VICKI ANN - one of Bee Warburton's glories - like it very much
>WHITE TRIANGLES - another one of Bee's but it didn't do well for me
- the bud flies loved it
>WELFENSCHATZ - AH - this yellow is my fave so far - very tall here and
>good, lasting color here in the north
Cheers,
