Today's mail brought some top quality plants from Joe Pye Weed; absolute top
quality.
I have collected my first Japanese Iris seeds. Note, I have been a complete
failure at hybridizing Siberian Iris. May I assume that the aforementioned
seeds should be treated the same as daylily and rose seeds? Example: chill
them in the frig for 6-8 weeks as a minimum before planting them in a "seed
starter mix". Oh yes, what was the cross? The tag was lost so it is bound
to be a world beater.
Take care,
Jack
