I don't think the concerns for plant poaching are off beat at all, since it
does occur in certain circumstances. As I recall, Chan Fulton's Sib
RASPBERRY RAINBOW was stolen from the Michigan convention planting a couple
of years ago. It was under seedling number then and also not blooming yet,
while other things were in full flower. It was at an arboretum or botanical
garden......
