Hello everyone!
Here is another idea for the SSI board. The American Rose Society has a
"Consulting Rosarian" program. The idea is to provide experts to common
gardeners and clubs.
The consulting rosarian meets certain determined criteria to validate
expertise and then is used to promote roses through advise, articles, and
talks. This program has been in existence since the '30s and proven an
excellent way to promote roses and rose culture. What do you think this
could do for Siberians????
