The information on potting Siberians has been very useful for me. I think I
can use exactly the same procedure of burying the pots in compost. However
in my case, I need to bury the pots in the summer, not the winter. The extra
water into the compost from watering the pots will also help to keep the
pots cool enough to survive. I like to sell potted irises to customers when
they visit the garden during bloom time. With most, it is an easy sell.
