Announcement is a beautifully flounced iris from Paul Black,unless I 
grow it. The normal flounce is in the foreground but to the right you 
can see the flounce plus a couple of starts for additional flounces. My 
thoughts would be that this iris could be useful in breeding for 
polypetaled spoons or flounces. (Rosettes)

Westpointer is from Suttons and has very striking colors and great 
flounces. Here we can see the flounce and  the start of two more. The 
distribution suggest that flounces can be layered such as in TOO MANY 
FLOUNCES. Another candidate for Rosettes.
