  Ciao ya'll, oh yeah, smaller in what way? I can go back to photoshop and redo some of them.
 I can send a bigger res file for better clarity. I think i sent you some of the redone ones that got sent to people who have a slow dialup and can't handle huge dat files of 2-500kb or more.

I don't know what version of Photoshop you are using but if it has "save for the web" then you can just go there and hit size. Set size no larger than 480x640.(standard resolution for most peoples computers). Then adjust quality till file size is about 50kb. Around 50kb files are considered a courtesy for internet use. If you don't have a "save for web" function then set file size as above and "save as" with quality set at 50( or 5 depending) as a starting point.
