[SpaceAgeRobin] Fltties or Clematis Form

I am very interested in space age particularly the flatties or clematis 
form does any one share this interest ?
Also I was wondering with the expertise in this group if there is a 
good book on hybridization that could be recomanded I am rather new to 
all this but belong to a group in kent UK but I am the odd one out 
liking space age. I started collecting a lot of Iris started with 
Historic and now moving more in the space age. I would be interested by 
anyone exess.
Also I am based in UK I will visit California for Business on the 4-5 
of june does anyone have names of collection or garden around LA 
specialised in SA ?
