The only part on anthocyanins is under Metabolism in Senescent and 
Stored Tissues.  19 pages.  I'll send it if you want it.  Hadn't 
thought I'd take the time for it myself.
This book is the proceedings of a meeting in 1962.  It covers only 
the research that was going on at that time, and only those who could 
attend.  It doesn't pretend to be  an overview of the subject of 
plant pigments.
Does anyone else want a copy of the stuff on lycopene?
