[SpaceAgeRobin] BIO: Something about me

Hi, everyone. My name is Ted, I live in central California.  I have 
been growing Iris off and on for about 10 yrs.  The only thing I 
grew was Historic TB, last year I bought about a dozen different TBS 
from our local grower Woodland Iris.  In those TB I got "Shoot the 
Moon" a SA RE, as a bonus I got "Beneath My Wings" a SA.  I didn't 
know that much about SA Iris but when I saw the pictures of these 
two I was hooked.  After I bought these a friend of mine gave me 
about 200 different named iris that were not marked so I will have 
to wait until spring to see them bloom.

I got on the internet and found this group, for the last week I have 
been reading the back post trying to get up to speed on SA Iris, 
there are some very knowledged people on this group and I have 
learned a lot already.

I will try to put in my 2cents as spring comes and everyone starts 
sending pictures of their SA iris in bloom.  I have had iris in 
bloom from 11 Nov 05 to 4 Feb 06 then I had a frost here that 
stopped things for a while.
