[SpaceAgeRobin] Re: BIO: Something about me

Ted,

Welcome, I started out by growing historics as well and enjoyed them
up until I discovered Space Agers, I still like historics though but
only if they have appendages ;-)

There's a lot of expertise here, many hobby pollen daubers and
commercial breeders alike. Let us know how your Space Acers grow
for you. Some are reliable appendage producers, others are quite
sporadic & my personal goal is to breed seedlings that preform well
in the North. Others are interested in broken color SA's, Arilbred
SA's and reblooming SA's. The field is wide open so I'd encourage
you to start crossing as soon as possible ;-) There are some online
tutorials for this if you don't anything about it.

We had a proposed Sapce Age Genetics Endevour planned but I'm not
sure there's going to many participants as of yet or if it will
really get off the ground. I think one of the major problems with
it will be the need for lots of space to grow all of the seedlings.
The experiments could yeild some fascinating results though.
Regardless, raising seedlings in fun and I think you'll get a kick
out of it.

Chris
