Hey everybody,

From what I've seen so far this year, Thornbird appears good at producing purple seedlings. Today, a red/purple seedling appeared out of Thornbird x Triple Whammy. It's nothing special but the colors are certainly attractive. The second seedling is a Babbling Brook x Thornbird, it didn't throw it away because I'm a sucker for bronze beards. Everything has been blasted by rain over the last two days, to bad the blooms look so battered. I guess everybody has gone through this at one time this year.

I think my window of making crosses has now slammed shut on me ;-( Oh well, this season could have been worse.
