Jack & Phyllis Dickey acquired Monty Byers stock after his passing. They have named and introduced some of Monty's last seedlings, some he may have never seen.
They are both hybridizers and have continued with Monty's lines, introducing many of their own. One of my favorites is "When You Wish" a pink spaceager with large flounces that did so well at the AIS National Convention in Dallas.
I do grow one of Byers that was never introduced called Jazzy Razzy, it is supposed to be like Mulled Wine with flounces. The Dickey's have introduced a child from it called Rootin Tootin Raspberry.
