Such anomalies occur fairly often on the first bloom. The most common 
being 4x4's. Sometimes from chemicals but mostly from climatic effects.

 I have been told by a number of knowledgable people , even though its 
an anomaly, the genes are the same as in all the other blooms. Being 
stubborn, I self pollinated one but got nothing to dispute what I was told.
 I wish Bill the best of luck proving them wrong!!!

If its not chemically affected the rest of the blooms should be normal ( 
if you can call any bloom on Westpointer normal!)
