I'm having very little success in getting the SAGE crosses even made. Rain, thunderstorms and more human distractions intrude.

My wife's younger sister died of lung cancer about dawn yesterday. Taking Dorothy to the airport in Greer/Greenville/Spartenburg, SC, the day before wiped out just one of the days crosses were possible. She got to Milwaukee in time to embrace and hold her sister, for which I give thanks. She had nearly waited too long to go.

Projects like SAGE, sadly, do have to take a back seat to human realities.

My last blooms with which some of the planned crosses were to have been made are fading today. There's always next year.
