No takes from the recommended list. Even tried borrowing some M.O. but it was too late. It was a sad day when the pods started to fail on a reciprocal cross of SOLAR FIRE and Kerr's red and lacy COUNTRY LACE.

NOTE: I have seen photos of APRIL MELODY that show a strong Beard Spine Extension. AM is a cornerstone for most of the Keppel-Ghio lines so there is good form to be used in crosses. Be sure to see if they have BSE in your clime.

Sdlg"Obnoxious"(BSE) X CANARY FEATHERS. 5 pods

"Obnoxious" is the garden name for our sdlg(SKY HOOKS X TIGER SHARK). It is so named because it tries to crowd out and tower over everything around it. VE-E, 45", 17 bloomstalks on a second year clump,2 branches plus spur ,7-9 single socketed buds. Color is a strong yellow with white centers like several existing SA's . Seedlings should all be yellow but with CANARY FEATHERS  as a parent they should have every possible  _expression_; normal,horned,flounced, feathered and rosetted(poly-flounced)

Not a lot of variety but hopefully seed count will be high enough to share with those who volunteered to help grow some.
