I open the lip and push the anther straight down the tube then pinch
lightly,
Only half the anther will go down this way, so I usually cut the anthers in
half
in the palm of my hand with the tweezers. If the pollen is rare, I'll
cut the anther into
thirds but then it makes it rather small to work with, but all three little
pieces have
pollen. If it isn't ready to go down, I lay it across the lips like
Cathy.
