Squash flowering

I started my seeds earlier than normal this year, hoping that the warm
spring we had last year would continue this year. But I guess I misjudged
how quickly they would come up, my squash is flowering. Any suggestions as
to what I can do with them.

I live just outside of Syracuse, NY (Zone 5) and ussually don't put anything
into the ground until around Memorial Day. Still getting frosts at night,
but the days are warm.
