Hi, my name is Chris and my wife and I live in Southeast Pennsylvania
between Philadelphia and Allentown. We've had a house for several years and
are still trying different vegetables to see what grows well and what we like.
I have about 3300 sqft of garden, but some of it is used to grow pumpkins and
gourds which take some room. So far this year I've planted Green Goliath
broccoli, lettuce, onions, Melody Hybrid spinach, and a new mint - Apple.
In a couple weeks I'll plant Kennebec potatoes and Bodacious corn, then when
it warms a bit more Kentucky Blue beans, Super Tasty Hybrid tomatoes, Roma
tomatoes, bush pickle cucumbers, regular cucumbers, a few eggplants, dill,
and cantaloupe. This is my first year for potatoes, and I think we can pick
a few stalks from the rhubarb planted last year.
