Does anyone on the list have experiences,
good or bad, with chipper/shredders that
they would be willing to share? I have a
lot of trees and I love mulch, so I've been
considering buying a machine, thinking it
would beat dragging branches to the curb
for collection and then trucking home mulch.
Some things I wonder: How hard are they to
start? How often do they break down? Is
the noise unbearable? Do they always cost
at least $400? What brands have people
found reliable?

What are the smallest shredders and or tillers? For someone with small
sofa size ) vegetable patches.
