How do you manage to not have ANY slugs and still grow plants?
Between you and me I was thinking about a spoof message on April 1st to
the effect that somebody was crossing a potato, a tomato and a Swiss
Cheese plant for the manufacture of cheese flavoured potato crisps, but
I got cold feet on the idea at the last.

I like your idea of cheese flavored potato crisps. ( I think we Americans
call them home fries, or maybe French fries). What is the Tomato part for?
We should have come up with April 1 spoof about slugs.
" there is a new product out called Slug Mud. it is sprinkled on the ground
and when slugs come in contact with it they dissolve into an organic
fertilizer............................
