Monica,I think it (school)starts the first week of Sept.here..My kids are
all oldies now so I 'm kind of out of touch
So if you toke a chance and it paid off when is your average last hard
frost dates.?Here El Nino held on until just before average spring
planting dates and then seemingly left us and as a result we had extended
cool and wet for sometime .However nothing in this country is reliably
average/normal :-)!
