Monica,
I still can tons of vegetable soup, chili and spaghetti sauce, when I
have a glut of tomatoes. (Not many this yr., too many other priorities
this past Spring). I usually dedicate one weekend to each item. The kids
love it and I have lots of stuff for winter months.SusanF
Allan, I can and stopped freezing because all you need is one BIG storm
either hurricane or snows and loose power for a number of days--and
zip--your frozen stuff is gone. SusanF
