Hi Geralyn, > It's maybe a foot & 1/2 tall, it is a dwarf? That's a stupid question I > know. Mine is only 6 inch tall, the label say's he'll reach 10-12 inches. (Helichrysum angustifolium nana) Guess yours is not dwarf.. > I would like to as well, but I have no idea how to. Maybe just throw in > a fresh sprig or dry it first then grind it up and use as a powder??? I > dunno. You are right it smells heavenly!! > I will try to use it fresh in a chicken dish tommorow and let you know > how it turned out. If it turns out. =o] NO NO NO... appears it's not edible.. I don't eat anything unless I've heard several that have eaten it. Lots of things are poisions. We will just have to be content with smelling it. Sure makes me want curry and rice. (tonights dinner) BUT NOT from little curry plant, just a spice jar. Sincerely, Carleen Rosenlund of Rainier, Oregon -USDA-8 Sweetbriar - Keeper of Sheep & Old Roses
