Did the same thing as Janet. A few yrs. ago when I had a much larger
garden and great summer weather, I eneded up with a bumper crop of
tomatoes. After endless hours of canning (not complaining, I love to
can), I dried gallons. Now two yrs. later, I still have about 2 gallons
left. Love them. Eat them like candy. Good thing I bought a sturdy,
large dehydrator about 5 yrs. back. SusanF
