Hi connie and monica and all,
I have had very good luck the past few years drying my extra tomatoes. It is
so much easier (to be read 'cooler') than canning them. And the finished
product takes up so much less space. A problem is in figuring out interesting
ways to use them, but they sure are good. Janet.
