Hello Janet
A punnet is a small flimsy plastic box, and holds about 6oz/180gm of
ruit, handy if you don't want it squashed. We pick into them, cover with
microperforated (anti-sweating) cling film, slap a self adhesive label
on the top and rush them to the customer/local shop. That's about as
fresh as you can manage, short of eating them straight off the plant.
