Hi Tom,
I have a mixed crop of peppers, including red, yellow, green, orange and
purple.(Burpee's Carnival Mix) They are all shades of green, some pale
yellow, and are looking to the untrained eye to be ripe. Meaning they're
the size I would expect to see.
My question of the day is, how long do I let them ripen? Some have been
large for 2 weeks now and don't appear to be changing color. They look
happy enough...any hints?
TIA,
Michelle
