Bell (Green) Peppers

Someone asked about green pepper varieties. For what it's worth, here's my
$.02 worth:

Orobelle - Medium sized yellow bell. Very sweet. Doesn't keep very well.
Vidi - Large red bell. Sweet, prolific, keeps very well.
Arian - Medium sized yellow bell. Very sweet; keeps well.
Cornos De Torro ("Horn of the Bull") - Long (8" / 20cm). Sweet, prolific &
keeps well. Susceptible to blossom end rot (in my soil). Large plants.

Most 'green' peppers are only green because we pick them too early. If you're
eating your 'green' peppers green, you're cheating yourself. Let them rippen
and they'll taste much better.
