Hi Phillippa
Here in Oregon (Zone 8) I grow Garden Salsa, a medium hot; Jalapeno, a
little hotter; and Thai, hotter yet.
The Garden Salsa and Jalapeno, I like to chop up and fry with potatoes
on Sunday morning.
Happy gardening.
