Consider the tepin and pequin chiles.  It might take close to 400 to 
fill a spice jar...and that'd be whole, not ground.   Chiles come in 
many flavors, heats and sizes.  For those who might not know, tepins 
and pequins also pack a pretty good size punch.  Bigger isn't always 
better...chile-heatwise anyway.
