I too have lots of green tomatoes on the plants right now. They most
certainly were setting fruit with night time temps below 55F. At this time of
year I pick them when they are pink. If I wait till they are red, rodents
seem to get them first.
I too would like to know how to pick them green, but dont know what shade of
green to choose so they will ripen. Or is it size? Or both?
