What a season it has been....we have had 3 deaths in our small community of friends....very sad, for those in those families and for friends as well........In order to combat the blues I started Mesclan, Chinese Salad Greens and cherry tomato plants indoors, of course, about 10 days ago.....They are all up...I needed fresh greens and needed to know their history and I got sick and tired of paying the commercial winter prices for tomatoes.  Best to become as independent as possible!  Just wait 'til you hear about my greenhouse plan starting up this summer!!
