Welcome Frank,
I apologize for not e-mailing sooner. You will find that there
are more "lurkers" than ""writers" on the veggie list, but if
there is something that "trips their trigger" they will participate.
We are having severe weather in the central U.S., so we are
not doing much concerning gardening. It is good to hear from
fellow veggie-list members from afar that have good weather! Just
the thought of picking peaches makes all the snow easier to take.
All of the counties around me has declared a state of emergency,
so we will be stuck in the house for awhile. Got out yesterday
to the store, so with all the early warnings of the storm, every
one is in pretty good shape.
Lisa H. is a veggie-member from Sidney, so if she is still on
the list, she will participate. There is a 15 hr. difference in
our time zone, so when you get up, you will read this.
Monica from Indiana
ps- lets hear from all of you out there in veggie-land, especially
in the warmer climates!!
