Hi,

Is anyone growing shallots?  I planted some shallots this spring and they 
are pushing up out of the ground now.  I didn't expect to harvest any 
before fall. Any ideas on what I should do?  Should I ...

- harvest them now and replant them?
- harvest them now and eat them?
- earth them up?
- ???
