You must identify what the pest is before treating for it.  Be patient and look
all over the plant, on top and underneath leaves, and on the stems.  Look at
different times of the day.  You may need a magnifying glass to see it well
(pull off the leave if you suspect it is there, then use the magnifying
glass.).  Do your tomatoes sit on the ground as they ripen?  Tie them up to
rule out slugs and such.

Once you think you have a good idea what it looks like, then you can figure out
what it is and how to get rid of it.
