Gad Zukes!

Did I mention before that I was upset about my zucchini plants not
producing?  That I'd grown them for years and never got any?  My friends,
those days are gone.  I have joined the ranks of prolific zucchini producers
and have a veggie crisper stuffed with them.  I never realized how few
people actually like the things until I tried to give them away.  I made
bread from them and have eaten them every day for dinner.  They're not
really good to put up for later use, either, huh?  Anyone got some
innovative zucchini recipes or preservation ideas?

Be careful what you ask for...you just might get it ;)
