You can't freeze them, but if you saute them with some onions (and garlic if
you like) you can freeze the result, which then forms a good base for pasta
sauces - a taste of summer in the winter. Got that idea from one of these
veggie lists a year or so ago - thanks to the originator if you're reading
this!
