To everything there is a season ... not to be trite. Its hard to see your baby sometimes floundering or other's abusing it but Duncan, its growth in the best kind. I would suggest letting it be, to grow as it may. I say let it be because I'm finding something new and interesting about cyber gardeners/ 'modern' gardeners: attitudes. Some are slow, simplistic, open and sharing; others are demanding and impatient and then there are those in between. Ok, so its really not that easy but gardeners are like plants themselves ... some are prickly, some produce abundantly without much care, others need constant nurturing, some are full of guano ;). I have worked (been a paid employee) of a web site and there is a constant flow and change over of people through the seasons. And then there are those that stay and remain like a permanent fixture to the place. Loops are only different as that you see the numbers as *unsubscribe*. Don't give up! There is a new coming of eager *subscribers* looking for answers and comradery. Some may find what they are looking for, some may not and move on ... I should contribute more positively to the list and I will ... my real garden is my solace and therapy; I've been hiding there alot this since the death of my father this Spring. I have appreciated the cyber garden community this loop has provided and promise to come out soon and play in the garden you have *here*. And if you don't know it, Duncan, there are others beside me that appreciate your efforts! ~sheila ----- Original Message ----- From: McAlpine, Duncan G <duncan.g.mcalpine@pss.Boeing.com> To: <veggie-list@eskimo.com> Cc: <support@hort.net> Sent: Friday, July 12, 2002 6:22 AM Subject: RE: veggie-digest Digest V102 #22 > Due to the numerous amounts of emails to unsubscribe, do you feel I should > request this email list be hosted by hort.net?
