Hi Gloria,
Years ago I was really anemic and a friend gor me eating different
combinations of food one of them was
Swiss chard with poached eggs on top for breakfast! That plus a few other
combinations got me off 12 pills a day . Just to be up on my feet, and not
being a slave to pills was great , I still have spinach with poached eggs
(spinach was the first choice, but I like chard better) . Then a few years
later I was looking after a little boy and he had a blood disorder, his
mother used to bring him rice with chopped greens and chopped hard boiled
eggs for lunch, her doctor (orental) had told her to feed him this for
lunch every day to build up his system. So from two totally differing
areas, and backgrounds I basically got the same Information. That could
well be why you felt so perky late at night.
