Thank you Scott for your fine efforts to be re moved from the mailing
list.  I am sure UNIVERSITY OF WISCONSIN-MILWAUKEE is proud to have you
as a student.

I don't know why no ones saves the instructions or uses the archive
search engines.   I wonder why an edu account can't figure out the
process to unsubscribe.  If they are able to get on, why can't they get
off?   IF they are an edu, to me you are trying( I mean TRYING) to get a
graduate degree.   Sometimes I really wonder if they will make it in
society.  

To try and entice the brain cells of people who do dumb things as spam
mailing lists, I have created a URL for them to read and try and figure
out the process.  Of course, most of them finally figure it out, but for
some reason they think it is a louder message to send 10 or more post to
the mailing list  and bother over 200 people with their keen process of
unsubscribing.

Yes, I am disturbed.   I try many of times to make it easy for people.
How many mailing list do you know which even provide an URL  about the
mailing list and an archive which you can search for the process of
unsubscribing?

or as a six grader  would do

Subject: empty
Body: unsubscribe

Now the above process supports only the digest version. This is the
process for daily messages. If you saw your email address, you are on
the digest version and you dont want to follow the below process.

To: veggies-list-request@eskimo.com
Subject: empty
Body: unsubscribe

I am sure I will get hate mail for this post. But thats the life of a
listowner.
