If I'm the Bill you mean, then I did mention mounding the bed. It
shouldn't be more than level this year. Years 2 and 3 will see the
mounding from reserved soil. I wouldn't cut any this year and only
limited harvesting of index finger sized spears the 2nd year. After that,
you can harvest everything for about 6 weeks and then let it recuperate.
