Yes, it is Penn State and what you say makes sense. When I replanted after
poor germination last year, naturally it was later. I got good results the
second time around. I'll have to remember that next year. I already
replanted the space with string beans. Maybe if my peas come out in time
I'll plant a few this year. Thanks for the tip.
