We have planted out some rows of tomatoes which are growing as expected
except for three plants which have been planted in between some spring
onions, shortly to be cleared. These three plants are quite yellow and
not as tall as the others. The question is whether there is some
incompatibility in the nature of these two sorts of plants or is it
because of nutrient or water shortage. I have given the tomatoes extra
water and a generous foliar and soil feed, this did not seem to make any
difference.
